Luccia Amerecco, of Leicestershire, was a serving six-and-a-half year prison sentence after she and her then-boyfriend robbed a man with force.
The 29-year-old Luccia, who suffers from bipolar disorder, threatened to castrate the victim.
But while in prison she was allowed on temporary release to go to a consultation to get her breasts enhanced. The convict was even granted permission to be released to undergo Botox around her eyes and brows.
